To me, being part of TOC is like being a part of a very dynamic family with members from such diverse backgrounds and institutions who bring a wealth of experience, information and knowledge. Humans by nature lean towards cooperation and collaboration and that is exactly what this group stands for. Of course the fact that Bhakti and Ankur are heading it, is only the cherry on top! I look forward to contributing in whatever capacity I can and also taking back lots of resources for my students. It's lovely to be part of a group that caters to all- schools, private counselors, institutions and others and that was much needed - especially because we all work towards the same goal- a better world for our future generations. I sincerely appreciate the incredible efforts which Bhakti and Ankur have put forward to bring this incredible educational fraternity together. It's always challenging to bring all the experts under one roof and maintaining it in the form of a Collective group. The sole reason I have joined TOC is because we get to connect with the right people be it School, College, IECs etc. It has immensely helped to narrow down the ultimate point of contact for IBOS. At the end of the day, if a person is getting the ultimate point of authority to contact in a matter of a few clicks (just WhatsApp which is incredibly awesome) without having to immensely search for it elsewhere, it's all worth it!

As a passionate teacher, joining The Outreach Collective has been a game-changer for me. The continued opportunities to connect with other educators as well as counsellors, share experiences, and learn from each other, help me to grow both personally and professionally. The organization's focus aligns perfectly with my own values and would give me the chance to make a real impact in the lives of students.

I was inspired to join TOC community due to its unique focus on connecting individuals across a variety of verticals in Education Space, fostering collaboration, and encouraging active social engagement. The range of perspectives and experiences within the community has provided a wealth of learning opportunities in Education sector. TOC is not just a community; it is a powerful force for positive change. By bringing together individuals from Education Industry with a common goal of outreach and social impact, TOC is in a unique position to shape the way we think about collaboration and community engagement in our respective fields. 

TOC promotes collaboration with the goal of improving the education space by bringing awareness to relevant problems that can be tackled together. The start has been fantastic! I am already in contact with outreach and counselling experts worldwide, and I am receiving immediate assistance with work-related difficulties and concerns.

TOC stands out as a grassroots-driven, nonprofit, professional membership movement dedicated to harnessing the collective power of K-12 and higher education professionals, as well as mission-driven education service providers, to advance, inspire, support and advocate for education professionals in the region. Upon relocating to Dubai, UAE, I promptly joined TOC to connect with like-minded professionals in the region and India, fostering knowledge-sharing, exploring collaborative opportunities, and nurturing my professional growth.

It is undoubtedly a great effort when a group of knowledgeable individuals who are willing to support one another offer the finest advice to students of future generations so they may accomplish their goals and locate the best institutions. We adhere to the SDGs, keep up with systemic changes, and—most importantly—are here to assist the younger generations, who will eventually shape our country. This organisation will undoubtedly educate the next generations, and if I can positively impact just one person, I'll consider my job done.

As a professor at the university with a concentration on admissions, joining a group of professionals for outreach activities has been an enormously enriching experience. A group of outreach experts may make a significant difference on different levels. First of all, it establishes a helpful network where experts share ideas, best practices, and experiences. When addressing societal issues, their unified voice has more weight, increasing visibility and influence. As a whole, a community of outreach professionals encourages positive change at both the individual and community levels by empowering its members and maximizing their combined effect.

As an international student transitions’ professional currently working at BINUS University, Indonesia, I’m always looking to connect with persons who think progressively about the purpose of international education. Being a graduate of one if India’s international schools, I am proud of the concentrated grassroot efforts coming out of the country. I stumbled upon TOC through a LinkedIn announcement to join knowledge sharing sessions on international high school curricula. The energy and the expertise radiating from this group deeply inspire the pathway of value leadership in this profession.

TOC's focused approach, its gathering of thought leaders, and its proactive attitude struck a chord with my own professional ethos. Since joining, I have reaped the benefits of engaging, enriching relationships with fellow TOCians that I met during my professional travels. What sets TOC apart is its potential for creating a profound social impact.
